  • Where are you located?

    We are located at the Maastrichter Brugstraat 20 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Just a few metres from the famous Sint Servaas Bridge.

  • How can I best reach you?

    Our store is located in a low-traffic street and can therefore only be visited on foot or by bike.

  • Where is the best place to park?

    The nearest car park is Q-Park O. L. Vrouweparking or Q-Park Mosae Forum.

  • Are you open on Sundays and public holidays?

    Usually, we are closed on Sundays and public holidays, however, the opening hours may vary during the month of December.

Buying from Filipucci Juweliers

  • What payments are accepted by Filipucci Juweliers?

    We accept 4 types of payment methods. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, PIN payment and cash payment. For example, if you want to pay part of the order in cash and the rest via bank transfer, this is always possible after consultation.

  • Can you pay in instalments?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept payment in instalments.

  • Can I make a bank transfer directly?

    Payment by bank transfer is possible. From a Dutch bank account, it is easy to transfer money and immediately visible for our administration. Would you like to pay with a foreign account? Then you should take into account that the processing time is usually one day. You can pick up your purchase the next working day.

  • Why can't I buy a Rolex Daytona from you at list price?

    Unfortunately, we do not buy our watches directly from official Rolex Dealers. We will have to pay a premium price ourselves to ensure that we are allowed to stock these watches.

Selling to Filipucci Juweliers

  • Do you also buy watches?

    You can always offer your watch to us via the website, by email or via WhatsApp. By sending along some photos and a price quote we will assess your offer.

  • If we reach an agreement, how do we proceed?

    You can bring us your watch or we will send you a return label from one of our couriers. As soon as we have received the watch, we will check the watch on authenticity and if there are any technical defects to be found. Once everything is found to be in order, we will proceed to pay the agreed amount.

  • How does the collection of my watch take place?

    After you have offered us your watch and everything has been agreed, the watch will be picked up by UPS or DHL Express. The pickup will always be planned at a time that suits you.
